Shipping and Delivery Policy and Timeframes

Your Russ Kramer Fine Art reproduction is printed on demand from your order, then signed and numbered by the artist, and in the case of canvas orders, hand-applied with textured varnish. Paper orders will ship within 3-5 business days; canvas orders 7-10 business days. We ship primarily via UPS but may choose Fedex or USPS depending on your order. Shipping anywhere within the Continental US is calculated at a flat rate; $30 for paper prints and $75 for canvas prints. This includes heavy-wall cardboard tube or carton, transportation charges, and insurance. Orders received from within the state of Connecticut will be charged the standard 6.35% state sales tax. Orders are welcome outside the US but must be placed by phone to (813) 748-6470.

Delays in Shipping

On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. If tracking information is provided, you can track your order online. A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

Return and refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Our website is designed to make your shopping experience as simple, quick and easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unsatisfactory items for a full refund. If you request a refund, it will be credited to the credit card currently listed in your account. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you may request a replacement, and we will arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.
